Manmohan may make Telangana statement today

Prime minister (PM) Manmohan Singh is likely to make a statement on Tuesday to break the Telangana deadlock.
Congress candidate Bhai Jagtap and Shiv Sena's Ramdas Kadam were today declared elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Council from the local self-government bodies constituency.
